Please, I really need help!

Please, I really need help. I sent the following post early in the morning, but unfortunately, nobody answered me. Could anyone take a look at my questions and give me a reply? Many thanks in advance. Here it is:

"Please, is there anything wrong?

"After finishing my Chinese course I intend to do some specializing courses and I need to do a Chinese assessment.

"In order to truly awake James takes a very cold bath."

" After having breakfast I straight up the house. Later on, it's time for some reading and then, I go to the gym."

"If you want to be fluent in the language you need to devote more or less two hours daily. Study in a silent place, where you can achieve a better concentration." This way you're going to keep progressing in the learning of this beautiful language."

Thanks,

Abigail "
