Please, I need some help here!

Do you think this is correct?

> Jane is having criticized the book.

Is it possible to use the progressive on present perfect like above?

It seems the writer wanted to use pesent perfect continuous, which would be better if the sentence were 'Jane has been crticsizing the book'.
