Please i need some corrections. Thanks Fellas!

In reference to your recent memo, only Mr. De Guzman is currently under maintenance and we will be transferring him on Saturday as we still have some works here.
We have transferred Mr. Revilla already to Rolling plant and is currently working as a maintenance.
Regarding the last two laborers, they are both not in our list and we don’t have any idea where they work.

This is for your information.

"Under maintenance" means "being repaired". You would never say this about a person; not even in a hospital. I'm not even sure what you mean by this part.

  • "Working as a maintenance" makes no sense.
  • You could say "working in the Maintenance Department", I suppose.

Also write "on our list", not "in our list".

Below is the letter that I've sent. But I dont know if its correct.

In reference to your Memo-GGA-46 dated 29/01/2013, please note that only Mr. De Guzman is currently working in Maintenance Dept. and we will be transferring him on Saturday as we still have some pending works. We already transferred Mr. Revilla to Rolling plant and presently working there as a maintenance.
