Please I need help in commenting on my Letter of motivation.
Please can some one comment on my motivation letter meant for Peace and Conflict Studies. I wish to know if I am inline with the requirements.
The requirments for the letter are: Indicate your main fields of interest in the programme, How you will benefit from the program and apply what you have study

I wish to pursue a Postgraduate Certificate studies in Peace and Conflict studies at the …………..University for the academic year 2009 /2010.
I am greatly motivated to study Peace and Conflict studies because I want to contribute greatly in bringing peace and stability in our global community especially in which is plaque with numerous political crises, civil and tribal wars. Such problems greatly affect our economy which is a big problem to our society.
Studying Peace and Conflicts, I will be able to enhance my technical and political analytical skills in world politics, improve my skills in diplomacy and to better understand in details how to initiate peace and manage conflicts in a global perspective..
Furthermore I will have the opportunity to improve my intercultural skills because I will have the opportunity to interact with students from different cultural background, views and opinions and will find no problem working in an international arena.
With my knowledge in peace and Conflict studies, I will have the opportunity of working in an International /Non governmental organization, and to become a leader whose decision will have great positive effect to the society. I will actively participate in mediating during political and social crisis more especially in as well as initiating peace and managing some of the numerous conflicts plaguing the world.
I am excited about my decision to study at ……… University. In conclusion, I ask for the opportunity to pursue and accomplish my goals at your institution.
