Please, How does this paragraph sound?

Because once we have lit the “motivation fire”, to keep that “fire burning” makes greater demands on us, teachers, since different “winds” or factors, both positive and negative, are likely to “blow” and appear in our way. So, at this stage we are to:

v keep the goal in sight all the time,

v be on the alert the activities do not make the learner feel bored or tired,

v cater for appealing recreational activities.

Thank you in advance.

Too many metaphors, but if you must, do it efficiently: Once we have lit the fire of motivation, keeping that fire burning makes greater demands on us teachers , since both favorable and unfavorable winds are likely to blow our way. At this stage we should keep the goal in sight at all times , be on the alert for activitie s that do not bore or tire the learner , and cater for appealing recreational activities.
