I want to know, if the following sentences are right or wrong, and if you have time please tell me why it is wrong, and what can be used instead of the wrong sentences.

1. The goal of this job-search website is to help the UK graduates in finding, applying and securing their dream jobs.

2. The Southampton-based Graduate-jobs-search.co.uk is a graduate recruitment site reared up to serve the UK market. It is an integral part of the-jobs-search.co.uk group.

3. From the very beginning, the company has taken the initiative to prepare the registered job seekers for their big breaks.

4. To keep the registered users up-to-date with the current opening in the sectors of their choice, the website also sends daily or weekly emails.

5. The company has also included some relevant articles, some useful links, some career skill tests, and training and advisory services in the tool kit. By the end of the year, graduate-jobs-search.co.uk wants to become a strong force in the UK graduate job-search market.

6. The acceptance of Graduate Jobs by the industry can be gauged by the responses it got from the UK companies.

7. Being graduate and having a well-paying job in the recession-ridden UK job market is not the same thing, but the situation is about to change...

Thanks a lot for the reply. Now, I know what is right and what is not, but there are some issues that's bothering me. Could you please help.

In sentence two:

the-jobs-search.co.uk is the name of company, so I think, the should be used as such. can we write the the-jobs-search.co.uk ?

In sentence three:

Can you please explain what was wrong with " the initiative to prepare the registered", which you have replace with initiative in preparing registered.

Please tell me which rule of grammar is getting violated here, and why the cannot be used.

and why breaks needed to be replaced with break?

In sentence four:

why we can't use the before registered,

In sentence 5:

Why wants has been replaced by intends? why cannot we use wants there?

In sentence six:

If we write gauged, aren't we require to write received as well, instead of receive?

and is leaving the from UK companies a proper use? don't we always use the with UK?

In sentence two: the-jobs-search.co.uk is the name of company, so I think, the should be used as such. can we write the the-jobs-search.co.uk ?-- According their website, it is not. There is no 'the'.

In sentence three: Can you please explain what was wrong with " the initiative to prepare the registered", which you have replace with initiative in preparing registered. Please tell me which rule of grammar is getting violated here, and why the cannot be used. and why breaks needed to be replaced with break?-- No 'the' because you are speaking of any who register. No infinitive because you do not wish to stress the potentiality only but the activity (~~ing'). 'Break' because it is logically obvious that each person normally gets only one~~ and you wish to stress that point if you are a good marketeer.

In sentence four: why we can't use the before registered-- See above.

In sentence 5: Why wants has been replaced by intends?-- 'Wants' is weak. 'Intends' is strong and professional.

In sentence six: If we write gauged, aren't we require to write received as well, instead of receive? -- One does not depend on the other, and moreover, as a good marketeer you wish to refer to any your receive at any time, not just in the past.
and is leaving the from UK companies a proper use? don't we always use the with UK?-- No, as above: as a good marketeer, you wish to refer to any UK companies that may be interested in your services.

I am writing this to clear the air. When I said, "I now know what is right and what is not," I meant this: after readign your reply I now know which sentences is wrong and why. I didnot mean to offend you. I am sorry for the confusing sentece that I wrote.
