Question

The diagram below shows the production and processing of milk and dairy products for commercial sale.Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.The process flowchart illustrates the manufacture of milk and dairy products for customer use.Overall, there are 3 main stages in the process including: milking, storing the milk and producing final results.First, the cows are raised in a grazing with suitable care, food and water until they are grown enough for milking. And then they are milked two times a day with a special milking machine. The amount of raw milk is then preserved in a refrigeration storage for a period of time before being transported by trucks to the Dairy.At the next stage, the raw milk is poured into multiples tanks in which it is stored and extracted into pasteurized milk or dairy products. As for dairy products, they include cheese, cream and butter after being processed. The raw milk has to go through a pasteurization stage, at which point it is packaged and delivered to supermarkets and shops where they are ready to be purchased.

The process flowchart illustrates the manufacture of milk and dairy products for retailers. ~~for customer use.~~ (Unnatural. We consume these products, but the diagram specifically mentions "commercial sale." That is NOT the consumer, but the wholesalers and retailers such as large grocery store chains that buy these products in bulk quantities. This flow diagram is not very good.)

Overall, there are three 3 (Always write out a small numeral in words if it is not a data value on a graph.) main stages in the process including: milking, storing the milk and producing final results. (That is not good.)

First, the cows are raised in a grazing (Wrong usage. "Grazing" means eating grass. It is not a place.) with suitable care, food and water until they are grown enough for milking. (The birth of calves and raising them to be milk cows is not illustrated. Pay attention to the chart. Only describe what is on the chart, not what is off the chart.) And then they are milked two times a day with a ~~special~~ milking machine. The ~~amount of~~ raw milk is then preserved in a refrigeration storage for a period of time ( The cows are milked twice a day, and their milk is delivered once per day. So the refrigerated storage is for a very short time, much less than one day.) before being transported by trucks to the Dairy. (Dairy is not a proper noun.)

The raw milk is separated into the fatty component and the liquid component. The fatty part - the cream - is used to make butter, cream and cheese. The liquid part (the milk) is pasteurized and put into bottles. ) As for dairy products, they include cheese, cream and butter ~~after being processed~~. The milk has to go through a pasteurization stage, at which point it is packaged and delivered to supermarkets and shops where they are ready to be purchased.

This is not a good task 1 exercise. The process is not drawn very clearly, so unless you know about dairy farming and milk production, you will be led astray by the very poor diagram.
