please helpme with my homework, how to write introduction of company?

The company was founded in 1989. In the beginning it was a familly business specialised in electric motor repair. Gradually, stable company with skilled staff, many years of experiences and expanded portfolio of activities was formed.

Can I write it like this ? Do you think it is correct?
