Please help_IELTS writing task#1_new equipment purchase

• You recently bought a new piece of equipment for your home but it did not work. You phone the store but still no action has been taken.

Write a letter to the store manager. In your letter:

-Describe what equipment you bought

-Explain the problem with the equipment

-Say what would you like the manager to do

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing this to complain about a new purchase I made from your shop last week.

I have decided to purchase brand-new Sony TV and the model is Xzeros A950 which can feature 3-D movies and function as a wifi hub at home. This is one of your top line TV at your store, and it costs $300 USD. In addition, my kids could use TV to glean knowledge from many educational programs.

However, I have detected a minor inner crack on the screen, which lead to bad resolutions on videos. As a result, it has caused a great inconvenience for my family in watching it. Despite I had called your customer service departments in several occasions, there have not been any specific actions being done until now.

As the problem had been caused by your logistic team who have delivered the product to my house, I would like you to immediately replace for a new one of the same brand. It is also part of one-year guarantee terms and conditions in the receipt of purchase which I still keep on hands.

I am looking forward to the problem being resolved within one or two days.
