PLEASE HELP/CORRECT INTRODUCTION SALESLETTER
PLEASE SOME ONE HELP/CORRECT ME WRITE A ATTRACTIVE INTRODUCTION SALESLETTER AND CHECK WHETHER THE LETTER ON THE BOTTOM IS ANY GOOD.ITS VERY IMPORTANT.THANKS
Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought xxx for a meeting booked 3 weeks later from the date purchased from xxx company in Asia.They promised to deliver with in 2 weeks max, which was fine by me.After 2 weeks I did not receive any updates or my product, I was getting worried as I was running out of time. I mailed them with my inquiry - no response.Called them at the end, could not understand a single word they were saying. I was getting furious, after speaking to many of their staffs one of them managed to explain me that my product was dispatched yet. That was very unprofessional of them. I wished they had a office in London with English speaking staffs where I could contact and communicate regarding any matter. Then I heard about this company which is based in the xxx country as the other one but got a office in London. I straight away placed an ordered through them and explained what happened with the other. They assured me it would not happen with them. They were very committed and delivered it with in 5 days. It shows good communication always makes ones life easier.
