I am trying to help my foreign friend and we are stuck on this question and dont agree on which is correct.

- proper speaking ( She says this is correct. That speaking is used as a nount ) - properly speaking - speaking properly ( I think this one is correct but I am mainly saying it because it sounds right to me as a native speaker )
