Please help with "me" versus "myself"

in a paper, which is correct (or more correct)

"I realized then that I was mowing his yard not to satisfy him, but to satisfy myself."

OR

"I realized then that I was mowing his yard not to satisfy him, but to satisfy me."

Am tryingto finish an application to college. Thank you for any assistance you might be able to give.

"Myself" would be more natural in this instance. The speaker refers to himself as both the subject and the object, so it's reflexive. Cheers John.

This is one of the few examples where the reflexive is actually best.
