PLEASE HELP WITH MY PARAGRAPH !!!!!!!!

Hi Please help i'm writing a project and was wondering if i could use "Comprised is a copy of traing to commence". This is for the front of a sleeve in witch is a copy of training to commence.

'Comprised' is not correct here. Why not just say 'Training to Commence' as a title?
