please help with my grammar
We would like to reply the points you raised up, they are:
1. Please find our pre-inspection report and factory audit reports are attached as per your request. Your company had also processed the factory audit since 2007.
2. Mr. Yip is the factory manager, who is in charge all business for the factory. You can contact him for all the issue, included the lot number of the goods
3. The production report we sent you last Friday in total four pages and the production period was 13 to 17 June, there were two production lines in A3 and A6. You should miss some page which cannot have the completed data to make you confused. Please find the attached file again for your records.
4. Which model you are request for the production report? Please identify the model no. to us, so that we can request them from the factory and pass / forward it to you. Please create the format for the report to us if you felt the existing one is too simply. We will try to request the factory follow it to you.
5. We cannot advise you the exactly location for the production line of A6, as 11600 pcs were produced in A6 this time, but (may) not the same line in the future.
6. Based on the security issue / problem, the factory is refuse for the entire visit without prior notice. Please inform us three days in advance for us to arrange the online inspection for you if this is requested.
