Please help with grammar
As I am a person of/with extremely/extreme high integrity, with high personal values and self-esteem, it is therefore second nature for me to abide by these principles and values whether in the United Kingdom, or wherever.

my goal is to uphold the high standards in my work, which I established for myself during my early academic studies.
I have an exceptionally/exceptional high degree of integrity,
minimal/minimum essential staff were employed
