please help with gramma, usage, and clearness.

About being at the meeting, it will help me a lot when I have a draft and show to the DAPS members and ask them to put some suggestions into it. But if we just discuss recruiting more members and financial condition, I think it's uncessary for me to attend. After skimming through the materials, I believe that they have tried to develop an economic development more than 10 years ago. I shouldn't attend meeting if I do'nt have a draft. As soon as I have a draft, I will attend these meetings and discuss with them what our strategies are and if they think it is working or suggest to add something in it what that help will our EDS more effective. After that we can use thise EDS to implement but in the mean while we can interviews and gather data and resources from small businesses and for small buinesses and be familiar with lands/ streets / vacant properties around the City / to see if it is near any major highway. After all these are identified and completed, we should publidh on our website with a link name "economic development" and implement and evaluate our strategy proximity every 2 to 3 years. We will also provide to them with all the information that needed for prospective owners or decision makers can see this place is their opportunity.
