In response to the complaint from an unanoymous user on 21.05.2019, we have completed the following rectification actions on 23.05.2019:
1) Reminded the cleansing workers of applying proper volume of purified bleach to remove the mosses and wash all the ground floors.
2) Stored all the bottles of bleach and corresive cleansing materials away from the vegatations and trees.
3) Provided modified investigation log books at each room for the supervisor to update the cleaning assessment record everyday.
4) Hanged up notices and banners coveying the reminding message to the users at the prominent spaces of each floor.
5) Informed the cleansing contractor of giving a written reply to the complaint within 2 weeks.
