Please help-what's the correct question?

Can you help me?
I suddenly have a doubt. Which of the following questions is the correct one?

"What will be the theme of your PhD Thesis?"

or "What will the theme of your PhD thesis be?"

I would use this format if this is the first time I am asking you the question about your thesis.

or "What will the theme of your PhD thesis be?"
