I believe every Singaporean has a part to play in defending our homeland, and personally I feel that the best place to contribute my part will be at the border of our country guarding the first line of defence.

Being part of Immigration Checkpoints Authority Team will enable me to my broaden perspective at a global context, gain valuable security knowledge and interact with people from all walks of life. I will also be able to benefit from the opportunities to take up new challenges, grow with the organization and develop leadership capabilities.

Lastly and also most importantly, through the ICA structured career pathway, I hope to be able to achieve a higher position in life and be able to have a fulfilling and meaningful career experience. This is especially important because In order to sustain and continue doing a job for long, there must be sense of satisfaction and passion.
