Please Help understand the meaning!

" i.e. different load levels "
Is "different " the adjective for levels? or load?
How about " Internal steel reinforcement "
Is Internal adjective for reinforcement?
Does it mean got reinforced by steel from inside?
.
...Rc beams "shear-strengthened with " FRP.....
Does "shear-strengthened with.... " means being or got strengthened against shearing or cutting?

(but first please tell me are " being strengthened and got strengthened " different in meaning?)

I believe "different" modifies "levels" (And "load" also modifies "levels.")

Thanks for your note - I see Avangi has provided a full discussion

By way of minor contribution: another word that gets used in this context is spalling. This is when the internal metal rusts and so fails to strengthen the concrete - especially if only a thin slab has been used. The photo shows how the internal metal has been exposed due to this fault
