Please send us the signed receipt as soon as possible to avoid affect the payment settlement / affect delay payment. All the document must be send complete before (we) pass to finance department for settlement.



We cannot accept the vessel delayed to 08 June which is two weeks late as per original schedule. We need your explanation and please request the vessel delay notice / letter from the carrier for us to the customer.
