Please help to understand the meaning of the following

"The prospect of a holiday is liable to persuade even the most downcast that life is worth living. Few events are anticipated more eagerly, nor form the subject of more complex and enriching daydreams."
I have problems understanding the second part of second sentence "...nor form the subject of more complex and enriching daydreams."
Does it mean that someone can dream of some events in the same way as he eager fulfilling more complex daydreams?
