We are pleased with the renewal of your company being our pest control supplier to March 2021.

To uphold our all along effective cooperation, we refer to our site meeting on 27 March 2019 and we recognize your agreement over the following immediate actions taken at our company:

1) To reinstall the pest control boxes at conference room and add those at pantry.

2) To update the location of pest control boxes and provide us with a map showing all boxes location.

3) To reinstall missing covers on the pest control boxes.

4) To add necessary pictures showing your works in your monthly report.

Nevertheless, we hardly see any progress of the above promises except No.4 so far even though we understand you may be currently busy in other aspects or some works may be midway unnoticedly. Hopefully, you can update us the latest development of your works by close play of today. Thanks.
