Please help to review my ielts writing task 1 general training

Question: You work at home and you have problem with a piece of equipment that you use for work

Write a letter to the shop and company which supplied the equipment.

In your letter

  • Describe the problem with the equipment
  • Explain how this problem effect your work
  • Say what you want the shop or company do

Answer:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this email to talk about my computer’s problem.

I purchased it from your shop three month ago. I had worked properly until yesterday when I turned it on and after about 3 minutes it suddenly shutdown. I tried to restart but the scenario happened again. The computer is the only toll that I use to work from home. All of my working material is stored in that. Without the computer I have to go to my company to work and it is really not convenient because I usually have online meeting early in the morning and late in the evening.

I have brought my computer to your shop this morning to check the issue. Since my computer is still under warranty period so I hope that you can fix the issue as soon as possible. I hope that you will send it back to me tomorrow.
