Please help to improve this letter..my friend in trouble

Respected sir,
SUB: LETTER OF SHOW CAUSE
Reply to show cause notice mention date.
I wish to “show good cause” to explain why disciplinary action should not be taken against me as I should be allowed to continue working with Tractor Malaysia I ask that the company should consider the following more detailed explanation of the circumstances that affected me on the date i was found guilty for this month.
show cause letter mentioned:-
1.On this date supposed to go to offshore but refused- i was on the place that morning which me & my friend will suppose to meet my superior due to heavy rain and mobile was not in my hand my superior said that which we are not there..this not true
2.suppse to work on standby basis but going back kampung- for last wee yes i did going back to kampung due to my small baby was sick and yet company doesnt give me any instruction and plan for standby last week,
I believe I have overcome the problems I experienced. I am totally dedicated to becoming a good employee and am confident that if I am permitted to re-enrolls, I will demonstrate that I am a capable workers.
