Please help to improve the following letter. Many thanks.

1. I write to complain against the work attitude and aptitude of your contracting staff named Bobby, who arrived at our department at 1615 yesterday after receiving urgent requests from our department to repair on the air conditioners at our TV Room and Squash Court.
2. Bobby initally borrowed those room keys and started the required works, but failing to provide his contact number at that moment. At 1730, with the closure of my department approaching at 1750, we phoned his colleague and asked him to remind Bobby of giving back those keys and reporting the work progress to us as soon as possible. After a while, Bobby gave us a call and rudely responded he was set to return to our office.
3. Having entered the office at 1745 after quite a long while, Bobby angrily asked us to give him the log book for updating and he meamwhile just concentrated on writing messages on his work order forms. Asked to return those keys to us, Bobby furiouly stated he wouldn't return those keys until completing his writing works. We repeatedly reminded him of the impending closure of department and returning the keys, Bobby just handed back us those keys, but adding nobody could leave the office until his reporting works were completed and claiming the air conditioner at Squash Court was surprisingly in normal condition while those at TV Room being damaged by insects and he was unable to repair those before our insects cleaning work. Since our staff, who was suffering from severe heart disease and depression, was rush to return to home for rest and questioned Bobby about his rude attitude why he reported the progress of works as late as near closure of our department and hence sparked a bitter quarrel between Bobby and our staff.
4. Fortunately, the quarrel was settled in the end, but we deeply pose a great doubt on the work attitude abd aptitude of Bobby, considering this is not the first time he comes to our department for repair duties but ending up doing nothing following unreasonably lengthy checking works.
