Please help to improve my sentence.
Please see the information as following ;
1.I received loading report from my cold storage and found mistake weight on it ; the report showed the weight only 303 MT., not 310 MT same as the report that I received from SGS last week and my worker have weighed all truck which the weight were not 310 MT and different more than 8 MT. I have sent the e-mail to Uni Company for asking this matter and they are not response to me. Please contract with Uni Company again because I need en explanation from them urgently.
Now, I am still awaiting the complete loading report of 20th November 2015 from Uni Company and I do not know the weight of SGS that they are record it as well.
For invoice, The Account department of Uni Company should issue after they receive the loading report from The Raw material department, afterward,they will send the invoice to me for payment.
2.The normal case, the SGS gave credit 30 days for due date to me and I already ask them for this special case, they will issue the expense’s invoice after report complete and They will confirm the due date again.
