Please help to improve my sentence

Dear Choi,
Thanks for your document but we found a significant error on loading plan. You indicated the quantities of loin is 5000 bags on all document, exclude the loading plan that we calculated it which the bags is only 4990 bags.

Different from what? Do you mean it showed 4990 bags, as opposed to the 5000 on the other documents?

Then what does "we calculated" refer to? If the loading plan showed the quantity, why did you have to calculate anything?
