Some of goverment say how many children a family can have in their country. Thay may control the number of children some has through taxs.It is sometimes necessary and right for a goverment to control the population in this way.

My essay,



Nowadays, many people are focusing the problem that the population has decreased rapidly. One view is that some countries have controlled their birth rate by tax.

In this essay, I will discuss the argument for and against that tax policy for birth.



First of all, there is a downward trend in the birth rate now. There is no denying that many people do not want to have children. Because they think it is necessary to pay a lot of money and time for their children. For this reason, the government should need to create some laws reducing the tax for parents. Base on this method, that may increase more population than before.



On the other hand, many experts point out that some nation control their birth rate by reducing the tax. People may consider the spending lower and decide how many child they want to have. It is obvious to influence the exact figure of birth all over the world. It is unreasonable that the birth rate is controlled by money. Because of that, people will not have emotional reason to have children. They will think more the problem of expenditure for children. The negative aspect is that there will have fewer and fewer population in the future.



Considering all of above, I agree the opinion on that the government should develop the policy of tax, supporting people who have more children. However, it is significant to minimize the bad effect in birth control.
