We have paid his salary for August 2008; however, there were shortage of RM6800 due to additional deduction of monthly allowance to his salary (he requested earlier that his monthly allowance to be deducted by three times).
We’ve arranged for payment last Monday; however, it was rejected due to incorrect payee name. FYI, we followed exactly the same payable name as given by him. However, the first transaction made earlier for his salary has been successfully processed, except for this transaction where we have been informed due to the error name.
We have also informed him of this error yesterday. Nevertheless, our account has prepared a new cheque and will be bank-in today.
