Please help to correct the following part of my CV

  • Re-designed train the trainer program, certification guidance as well as established quality assurance guidelines with educational communities.

  • Extensive experience in organizing and co-coordinating for different size of seminar, workshop and training event.

Can you restate it in "normal" English and then we can figure out how to make it work in a resume?.     That's better - now, what is "operation procedures" in plain English? Weren't there procedures in place to do whatever operation you do, before you came along? So, what changed?
