Dear Mr Watson,
I write to report that I conducted an inspection on our canteen at 1800 on 28.06.2019 when the visitors, mainly from 4 primary schools, having there dinner there.
I spotted there were around 200 visitors having their dinner and all the students and even teachers voluntarily tidied up their own dinner table, put the food waste and rubbish at the cart provided by supplier and finally simply reset their tables before leaving the canteen.
At last, I didn't heard any grievances about the above arrangement from any parties throughout the inspection from 1800 to 1845.
