Dear Mr. Watts,
I write to request your urgent assistance in checking a tree at the frontyard of my house. Recently, I have checked the trees at the frontyard and found a big ficus tree has suspicious defective problems. The tree, standing close to the pedestrain path for years, is now abruptly leaning towards the path, with sparse canopy, numerous broken branches, continual defoliation as well as several great cavaities on its main trunk.
Worse still, the tree root system is all but totally exposed and even slighlty uprooted while the soil surrounding is apparently degarded. As I know there are construction works by your company underway in recent months and I am not sure whether those works prompt the deterioration of the trees.
For the tree health and public safety, please expedite your efforts to thoroughly check the tree and take necessary actions to rectify the suspicious tree problems.
Thank you for your assistance.
