We cannot provide you addition information, as we are received limited information from the customer. There are total four supplier goods consolidated into one container. Your goods were located in the second section from the container door. But there is no any overturned / overthrown problem for our other goods, even was located in the first section. So, please investigate with your transported and guide / assist them solid the goods in future to avoid case case happening again. It not only damages the cartons and also will cause the qualities for the goods. Thank you for your attention.
