Following to the email below, please be advised that we received the attached letter from your agency reminding us again that some of Commissioning personnel time sheets did not reflect the actual work locations as stipulated in the Approved for Travel Forms.
We have been instructed by your agency to request you to make revisions to the time sheets and reconcile the over payment of the overtime accordingly starting July 2008. The correction amount will be deducted from your next salary payment.
Could you please confirm if we can meet to discuss about this matter tomorrow morning?
