Please correct this:

"It was really nice talked with you, kindly note down the details for the applied job. Please help in this regards. will see you in UAE on next week."

I was referring to the middle section when I said it would depend on whether you were the applicant for the job or the person offering the job.

It's a bit rude to tell someone to "kindly note the details" - as if it wouldn't have occurred to them to have done so. It would make more sense (if you were the person offering the job) to repeat the most important points in this little e-mail.
