In response to your advertisement of the vacancy for the position of Administrative Assistant in the local newspaper The Namibian for Monday 11 January 2013. I Lauretha a 29 years old lady hereby submit my candidacy for the post.

I am employed by G4S where I work as Control room operator this post includes working as a receptionist and a switchboard operator at the same time. I sometimes act as the secretary in the absence of the company’s secretary. Through this post I developed a high communication skill I can now communicate at all levels. I also developed a good persuasive skill, a good report writing and giving and finally a good inter – personal skill. My academic back ground and years of experience in the field of Administrator admit the calibre of a person who can best discharge her enormous responsibilities. I am a fast learner eager to learn new challenges and gain extra experience.

I am perfectly proficient in the use of Office software and Internet Software which allows me to perform my current administrative task easily in my current job. I also learned how to handle delicate files and I now have the experience required to manage confidential files.
