Seems the customer is no urgently need the goods. They delay and delay again to submit us the letter of credit and the latest shipment is fixable. Even the vessel closing date is 15 November, but we cannot ship without receive their letter of credit. In order to protect us and to be fair with the factory (because the goods were ready and stocked in the factory over 3 months), will you consider to suggest the customer payment us by cash instead of letter of credit ? Please comment.
