Topic: Some people think that developing countries need financial help from international organizations. Others think that it is practical aid and advice that is needed. Discuss these viewa and give your own opinion.

People have different views about whether it is financial support or practical aid and advice that the underdeveloped nations need from the international charity organizations. In my opinion, both money and practical help are equally significant to the development of these countries.

On the one hand, financial help is extremely necessary for the developing countries. With direct donation and investment, the governments could construct infrastructure, build hospital or invest in education. Consequently, people's standard of life would be increased. In addition, these fundings could also be used to ameliorate other evironment issues such as air and water pollution. For example, with the financial support from World Bank, Ho Chi Minh city was being able to collect rubbish and alleviate the contamination in Nhieu Loc Thi Nghe basin, one of the most polluted river in the city. Now it has become a place where local people can go fishing and do execise along the banks.

On the other hand, Practical aid and advice could contribute more substantially to the development of the poorer nations. Firstly, money is not a long-term solution, these countries need the access to new technology to develop their economy. Therefore, the wealthy nations should aid by sending high-level experts to train local workers, this way could help to create a more productive and highly-skilled workforce. Secondly, international organizations can invite people who have great influence on youngsters to those countries and talk to them, which might help to encourage young people to make positive changes to their communities.

In conclusion, I agree that financial support is vital for the development of the underdeveloped countries but practical aid and advice are just equally important.
