Dear Alex,
I hope this letter finds your loving family in good health. I am writing to see if I could ask a permission. Please let me demonstrate my situation.
As you know, my husband and I are going to Melbourne on 1st October. Not only in order to travel but also become your housekeeper whilst you are in Europe. Unfortunately, my poor little dog, Puffy, had a recurrent sickness and need to be under the supervision. In addition, this circumstance will turn out to be way more expensive if we let Puffy stay in the veterinary clinic. Thus, we decided to bring him to travel with us.
I was hoping you wouldn't mind allowing Puffy, a really nice and well-behaved dog, to stay together with us in your place. I will always keep an eye on her to make sure everything is going alright. Plus, your house will be kept tidy and clean perfectly all the time.
