00- Hitachi have a series of station wherein the data cannot be processed/entered to the next station if it is not yet process to the previous or first station02br
00- Only the operator certified on a particular station are allowed to input data. No need for the encoder/group leader to encode data.02br
00- On data entry, a reject is implied when quantity in is not equal to quantity out. When there's a reject the system automatically request for a breakdown of defects.02br
00- We dont have hourly monitoring, we input data per lot and per station.02br
00- We dont have monitoring for encoder's output, but it is possible to generate operator'e/encoders performance report.02br
00- Computation of turn-around-time per Lot/Station not per encoder.02br
