The most critical factor of customers’ determination to purchase our service is because they are always traveling to aboard. And Bonus Week (Get away) seems to be the first choice of them to make decision.

The problem is most of our clients think that our “BONUS WEEK” has all their require destinations, although SALE has clearly explained to them that “BONUS WEEK is subject to available only” and also attaches the document for them every time.

The information which requires our SALE to inform customers as follow:

1. “BONUS WEEK” prices starts from Baht 2,500 to Baht 15,000 per week. The price fluctuation and differentiation is depended on seasonal period, size of the room and zone of each destination. (The BONUS WEEK prices are applied for 2-3 nights per period)
2. Member usually requests to use BONUS WEEK at least once in every month. Most of them refer that if they cannot be able to use it, they will face difficulty in their businesses.
3. If member cannot use their benefits in No. 2, they are going to ask for refund 60 -70% of the deposit amount has been paid.
4. If company can offer their benefits in No. 2. they are going to pay for the whole membership fee. On the other hand, once they paid for fully amount, we have to make sure absolute that we can offer them to utilize BONUS WEEK once require. Otherwise, they will process according to the cort of regulation or consumer preservation department.
