Please help, thx

can anyone tell what is wrong with the following sentence:

One of the many problems that I am dealing with and confused about is the fact that even though, it is obviously possible to establish a more fun enviornment for the kids. But the majority of the teachers decide not to.

i am having trouble with even..though ..but part...can someone point it out and help me correct it please...thank you very much
