Please Help Review My Task 1

The diagram shows the small-scale production of smoked fish.


The flow chart illustrates how smoked fish are produced on a small scale. Overall, the process comprises eight steps, beginning with the preparation of the fish and ending with the transportation.


The initial three steps indicate the preparation of the fish. First, the fish are cleaned with a knife, before being drowned in a container of salt and water for half an hour. After the mixing step comes the heating, through which fish are cooked by means of a fire for five minutes.


The following five steps include the processing of the smoked fish. In the fourth step, fish are removed from the container, prior to being placed in a vat for another 30 minutes. In the vat, which is wooden, the fish are hung by wires on top of some material which burns and produces smoke. Next, the smoked fish are chemically colored yellow, and then packed into boxes. Finally, those boxes are loaded onto the truck to be delivered to the sellers.
