The diagram below shows the floor plans for a trade conference in 2009 and for the same trade conference in 2010.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The maps compare the floor prototype for a trade convention in 2009 and for the same one in 2010. Overall, the meeting place underwent radical changes with the most noticeable feature being two exchanges of the positions of a showcase area, a conference hall, a registration, and a refreshment area.

It is manifest that the locations of the main entrance and the side entrance remained unchanged throughout a year. However, in 2009, the registration area and the refreshment kiosk, situated correspondingly opposite a colloquium and a room of multiple display stands, were swapped with each other in the following year. Additionally, the positions of the display area and the conference hall were identically replaced, with meeting rooms being cleared to increase the volume of seats available.

Furthermore, from 2009 to 2010, whereas the balcony was renovated and equipped with a newly built lounge, the stage was repositioned in close proximity to the refreshment area.
