The chart below shows the proportions of different learning methods planned for different regions in the country of Fantasy by 2030. The table shows the percentages of students at different educational levels planning to take online modes of learning in urban and mountainous regions by the same year.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. You should write about 150 words.

Details regarding the percentages of several learning models that will be employed in certain locations, in Fantasy, and the proportions of students at different educational stages planning to study online in metropolitan and mountainous areas before 2030 are revealed respectively in the bar chart and the table.

Overall, in view of the bar chart, whereas the frequency of e-learning undergoes an upward trajectory according to the urbanity levels, a reverse pattern is seen in those of Face-to-face, TV, and Radio methods. Additionally, it is noticeable from the table that the percentage of students taking online lessons is proportionate to educational levels in both urban and mountainous regions.

With respect to the bar chart, online learning is the most favorable method in cities and towns with 70 percent, followed by face-to-face with 20 percent. Nevertheless, while the figure for the latter triples to 60 in mountainous areas, that of e-learning declines gradually to 60 in the suburban, to 40 in the countryside, and finally 15 in mountainous areas.

Meanwhile, the percentages of TV and Radio are approximately 7 and 2 in metropolises. Simultaneously, they increase slowly from sub-urban to mountainous regions, eventually reaching 15 and 10 correspondingly.

Concerning the table, about 4 out of 10 primary students in urban regions attend online classes, which are nearly fourfold that of the mountainous region. Concurrently, both figures climb steadily as the educational status rises to the next level, eventually hitting 81 and 37 respectively.
