The table depicts information regarding age, average individual earnings, and the number of people living in penury in three states in the US including California, Utah, and Florida. Overall, though inhabitants of California earned the highest salaries, this state also accounts for the most significant proportion of the poor population. Additionally, while the largest over-60 demographic belonged to Florida, the teenage group in Utah constituted the largest share.

With regard to the number of teenagers, California and Florida’s figures were merely identical, with 17% and 16% correspondingly, whereas that of Utah made up nearly 30%, making it the largest young demographic. Concerning the over-60 age bracket in Utah, its figure comprised only 8, which was precisely tripled by that of Florida with 23%. Besides, California’s figure was 13 percent.

Concerning the average income per head, California was estimated to account for the biggest share with 23000, followed by Florida with 22000 and Utah with 17000. However, the percentage of economically disadvantaged individuals in California was reported highest compared to the remaining states, with approximately 15 percent. While the figures of Utah and Florida only accounted for 9 and 12 respectively.
