Please Help Review My IELTS Writing Task 2?

People who decide on a career path early in their lives and keep to it are more likely to have a satisfying working life than those who often change jobs. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Thanks in advance.

There is a school of thought that those pursuing a career at a young age stand a better chance of settling a rewarding working life than those who switch jobs frequently. Personally, I completely disagree with this perspective and firmly aver that job-hopping even benefits workers more notably.

On the one hand, advocates of the belief that aiming for a profession early is more conducive to a fulfilling lifework may argue that this can guarantee a stable salary throughout the workers’ lives. Undoubtedly, those who enter the workforce knowing exactly their wanted jobs are well-prepared and cognizant of the position’s demands. This is synonymous with the fact that they will try to attain certificates and skills which are requisite for the job, potentially gaining opportunities for career progression. Therefore, early job guidance and pertinacity to pursue a career can facilitate a satisfying lifework afterward.

Nevertheless, I would contend that job-hopping is a viable passport to a satisfying working life because it offers more choices for job seekers. Unarguably, due to the great jobs boom, those who are undecided about their permanent profession can apply for various positions to opt for the most suited, therefore avoiding the wrong choice. Indeed, this phenomenon also enables job hoppers to cultivate several relevant job skills and experience different company cultures, which are their special privileges over other colleagues. Thus, before landing a fixed profession, those applying for various positions can capitalize on their wide range of knowledge and skills to earn promotion prospects, which potentially constitutes a satisfying working life.

In conclusion, though persisting in a job early in their lives may afford them a sustainable monthly income throughout their lives, I would aver that job switchers are more liable to lead a rewarding lifework as their career tends to gain momentum continuously.
