Please help re-phrase this sentence better

Hello,

I try to explain the functionality of a software, but I don't feel the sentence can be read nicely (hmm I hope you know what I mean).

Here is the sentence:

"With this software you can create an environment where your customers can review your employees' works and easily communicate with your employees in order to get the result that your customers need."

Could someone please help me re-phrase that sentence to be better?
