Please help my these sentences

1) We had submitted the document the our bank on 24 October. It will be some discrepancies for the late shipment and late preparation. It is because the shipment was postponed from July to September and no amendment of the letter of credit as per your required. Please help advise to the buyer to waive them and pay us as soon as possible.

2) Do you have submit the letter of credit to us? It is need to take time for us to receive this original document, and meet your latest shipment on 15 November. Please send us a copy of your application. Otherwise, please extend 15 days more for us to have enough time to ship the goods to you. Please understand and accept.
